Horizontal Conveyorized Sealing System Unique trim-after-seal system assures clean, straight trim directly at seal edge. Digital temperature controls regulate consistent heat for quality hermetic seals. Vacuum trim accumulation system included as standard. USDA approved. Superior performance and high speed production for "lay-flat" packages! Other products include portable tabletop band sealers, bag loaders for bags on a wicket to facilitate product loading, and a vertical form-fill-seal bagging/pouching system that uses center-folded shrink and PE film on a roll. Inquire also about our Validatable Vertical Model, which is supplied with verification ports for process validation of pressure, speed and temperature for sealing medical pouches. Seals Tyvek® pouches at up to 40 feet per minute. Recent developments Vertical Conveyorized Band Sealer for Handle Pouches with Recloseable Zippers VCBSDM-ET-1/4-6x5 WOLCB floor model renders a ¼" wide seal without trim. Extended sealing throat allows seal to be placed between a handle cutout and a recloseable zipper. This sealer uses 1" wide heavy duty teflon bands as a standard design.
