With no micro-stops, no ramp-up time and the ability to quickly com- plete changeovers, the IBC-120 reliably packages diverse small- to medium-sized batches at a rate of up to 150 bottles (24,000 tablets/capsules) per minute. The IBC-120 processes round, rectangular and oval bottles 45-200mm in height and 25-125mm in diameter. In between batches, it can be reset to a different bottle diameter in just six minutes and, at barely five meters in length, its monoblock design combines all the essential functions for the packaging of solid dose products in bottles and makes it, on average, 20% more efficient than line solutions composed of separate components. • Uhlmann's new Blister Express Center 500 is a dual-lane packaging line whose compact build integrates a blistering and cartoning module in less than 10 meters. Ideal for processing all common solid dose products and forming materials for medium batch sizes, the BEC 500 produces up to 500 blisters per minute at a maximum format area of 200 x 284 mm. When running on both lanes, the machine can handle up to 500 cartons per minute at a maximum size of 80 x 90 x 155 mm (A x B x H).
