As a fully integrated fl exible packaging converter, Rollprint is uniquely positioned to service the most demanding fl exible packaging applications in the medical device and pharmaceutical markets. Our composites are highly engineered to meet exacting requirements for our customers' individual product needs. Applications that require barrier and/or sterility are our specialty. We produce in our ISO certifi ed facility a variety of materials that are suitable for both rollstock and pouches. FACILITIES We have two manufacturing facilities in Addison, Illinois, just outside of Chicago and a joint venture with Alliantz in Singapore. Our facilities include the following capabilities: • Adhesive laminating • Extrusion laminating • Extrusion coating • Blown fi lms • Pouch manufacturing • Solution coating • Slitting • Printing SUSTAINABILITY Through company-wide initiatives we ensure plant energy conservation, high air quality standards of plant emissions, waste reduction programs reducing our landfi ll disposal, and materials down gauging reducing the amount of post-consumer disposal as much as 50%, which helps companies meet recycling waste stream objectives. PRODUCTS ClearFoil® is Rollprint's clear, fl exible foil alternative with the same barrier properties as traditional foil. We also have our Symphony™ Foil laminate product line that has exceptional barrier using conventional foil. StreamOne® is our sealable and peelable lidding that is compatible with APET, CPET, and PETG trays and capable of being recycled in the polyester waste stream. RECENT DEVELOPMENTS Rollprint will be featuring its newest Exponent™ structures that are Barex® replacements off ering the same demanding barrier and chemical specifi cations as Barex®. Exponent may be used in combination with a variety of existing structures including foil and our ClearFoil® for maximum barrier and chemical inertness.
