Mont Blanc Medical Industries Stand 7B20 Pad-printing machine The pad-printing system producer Printing International nv/SA specialises in delivering turnkey technology solutions to device manufacturers in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Its custom-made pad- printing machines, such as the patented Kyanite for printing on cylindrical plastic devices, integrate the company's latest technologies in the areas of automatic distribution, piece orientation, camera control and exit sorting. The new machine combines rotary pad-printing technology with a closed ink cup, the latter feature eliminating ink and solvent evaporation so that the printing process is suited for use in cleanroom environments. The manufacturer's own USP Class VI– validated ink can be employed with this machine to ensure high print resolution. Further, the printer uses operating software that complies with the FDA regulation in 21 CFR Part 11 and can be supplied with full GAMP 5 validation documentation. Printing International nv/SA Stand 5C60 Polyurethane gel adhesive A polyurethane gel that offers breathability, security and patient comfort is available from Scapa Healthcare for use in a variety of skin-contacting applications. Soft-Pro gel additionally serves as a breathable and skin-friendly adhesive that provides secure fixation for extended wear and for patients that are active.
